The development of VR experiences needs believable animation of human characters. To use an in-house motion capture system is an important part of this challenge. So we gave Perception Neuron a try. It works nice and it may even fit for realtime tracking of the users hand in VR apps.
A point of criticism: the quality and solidity of the hardware should increase in the future. We lost one sensor because of this issue. Since the system is new we hope this will be better soon.
