The textile and clothing industry is Germany's second-largest consumer goods industry and the global market leader for technical textiles. Südwesttextil represents the industry's interests in Baden-Württemberg.
The "TEXHUB WORLD" is the centerpiece of a new campaign to strengthen Baden-Württemberg's textile and clothing industry.
We developed a WebGL browser game with Unity, as well as a landing page with an associated job and membership platform. The game includes 10 detailed locations from the textile value chain, 8 quests, and over 80 non-player characters, some of which have full voiceovers. The content can be expanded and maintained via an associated CMS.

Südwesttextil Managing Director Edina Brenner summarizes the challenge and vision as follows: "We want to inspire people of all ages to become passionate about textiles in a playful way and send them on a journey of discovery through our industry. Those who want to reach the next level will find the opportunity to get started with an apprenticeship or a new job at our member companies."
Thanks to our VISHOW system, we were able to set up the backend, CMS, and frontend, as well as the game's fundamentals, in a short time. We conceptualized and designed the game world and mechanics, created audio-visual content, and developed the online platform alongside the game. This was exported as a WebGL app using Unity and also supports mobile browsers.
